Role Details

  • Assist in project management of projects (Daily).
  • Update clients on project progress (as required).
  • Liaise with clients, company staff and contractors to coordinate refurbishment activity (Daily).
  • Coordinate and carry out office administration including reception, mail, couriers, greeting clients and filing(Daily).
  • Deal with property lettings as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures (Daily).
  • Assist with the company social media presence (Weekly).
  • Manage the company diary including booking and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in new business development (this may include attending networking events).
  • Other tasks as directed by company directors.
  • Maintain company databases (currently workflow max, HubSpot and Xero).
  • Assist in the creation and management of company policies and procedures.

Experience

  • Full UK driving license and access to vehicle for occasional use (must).
  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Admin or relevant experience (desirable).
  • First aid certificate (as we go over 5x staff) (must).
  • GCSE A-C in Maths and English (desirable).
  • Experience Required:
  • At least three years work experience in property, finance or a construction firm.

Essentials

  • Good work ethic.
  • Be reliable with excellent attendance.

Based from Holmfirth, however Travel to project sites around the UK is essential.
