An exciting position has become available within their close-knit office for an Accounts Administrator to join the friendly team in an interesting and varied accounts role.

Role Details

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Scanning and processing purchase invoices
  • Reconciling statements
  • Importing GRNs to purchase invoices
  • Sales Ledger
  • Raising Quotes
  • Raising Sales orders
  • Raising Sales invoices/credits
  • Preparing statements of account
  • Credit control – Chasing debts
  • Scanning documents
  • Liaising with customers
  • Reception cover
  • Answering telephone
  • Franking post
  • General administration duties
  • Assisting visitors
