My client is looking to recruit a sales administrator to join their manufacturing office based in Slaithwaite. The office environment is a very busy production office where the team works closely together, assisting each other whenever necessary.

You must have some experience within administration and live locally to Slaithwaite. Full training will be provided on the in-house software.

Role Details

• The office environment is a very busy production office where the team works closely together, assisting each other whenever necessary.

Duties

• Answering the telephone and dealing with members of the public face to face and over the telephone
• Taking details from customers and providing quotes
• Sales Order Inputting
• Invoice Inputting
• General Office Duties such as filing, photocopying etc

Essentials

• You must have some experience within administration and live locally to Slaithwaite.
• You must be confident face to face and over the telephone, able to build rapport with customers and be experienced in using the Microsoft office packages from previous administration roles.
