A fantastic family-run business is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy and growing sales team. If you have Sales Admin experience and want to work for a company that really values their employees and offers excellent progression then this could be the one for you!

To apply for this role you must have previous experience in a similar role and have your own transport.

Duties

  • Assist the sales team in all aspects of administration
  • Entering new suppliers and supplier responses onto the CRM system
  • Liaise with clients regarding any queries, both over the phone and email
  • Enter client enquiries onto the system
  • Liaise between internal teams and clients to update them on their deliveries
  • Handle supplier quotations and ensure they have all information needed
  • Chase suppliers for any information needed by the sales team
  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with and loaded onto the system in a timely manner
  • Any ad hoc administrative tasks to assist the teams

Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sales Administration experience needed
  • Very thorough with a strong attention for detail
  • Able to work both in a team and on own initiative
