£36500.00 per annum
- Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week
- Some flexibility with hours.
- Lunch time or AM finish on a Friday
- 33 Days holidays including Bank Holidays

The Company
An established precision engineering company specialising in the production of high quality subcontract machined components for a broad range of customers and industries, are now keen to recruit and experienced CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator.
Essential to Apply
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator
- Ability to fully set, operate, and programme CNC turning machines
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Good understanding of tooling selection, feeds, and speeds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with conversational CNC programming
Desirable to Apply
- Experience operating XYZ CNC lathes
- Familiarity with Siemens control systems
- Experience using bar feed machines
- Apprentice trained background in engineering or machining
Training and Development
For candidates who are strong CNC turners but not familiar with XYZ Siemens controls, structured training will be provided to support a smooth transition into the role.
