Salary
- £26,000 – Starting
- £27,500 – After three months
- £29,000 – After six months

Hours
- 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Essential to Apply
- HNC or equivalent in a construction-related subject
- Basic construction knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and standard IT tools
- Strong communication skills, including professional telephone manner

Desirable
- Familiarity with Tekla, AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor
- Project management capability
- Degree in construction, structural or civil engineering
- Experience in a design office or construction environment
- Understanding of construction products and their applications
.
Purpose of the Role
To manage customer orders within the Project Design and Management (PDM) department, ensuring efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and account closure
- Liaise with customers for information, updates, and issue resolution
- Attend site meetings when required
- Produce accurate designs, drawings, calculations and manufacturing schedules
- Coordinate approvals and production requirements
- Work closely with the Project Manager and PDM Team Manager on task allocation
- Support colleagues and contribute to team knowledge
- Be adaptable to evolving business needs and undertake additional duties as required
