Regular UK wide travel
STANDARD HOURS -> Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:00pm (36 hours)
Fridays are worked on average once per month (PAID AT TIME & A HALF)

PAY STRUCTURE
£16.04 per hour – Monday to Thursday
+ £1.39 per hour when on site assisting with installations (not deliveries)
£24.06 for all hours worked over 36 hours.

OVERTIME/BENEFITS
- Time and a half for all hours worked over 36 hours
- Fridays worked once per month on average – All hours paid at time and a half
+ Prorated 28 days holidays including stats – 13 floating days. January to December.
+ Breakfast paid and £20 meal allowance per day.
+ Company Pension contribution (Employee must contribute 2.5% pw to qualify)
+ Bonus – company performance bonus after qualifying period.

ESSENTIAL TO APPLY
- Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- NOT ESSENTIAL – Valid HIAB / Lorry Loader certificate (training provided)
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph card
- Understanding of load securing and transport safety procedures
- Previous experience driving Class 2 vehicles
- Maximum 6 penalty points on licence
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable approach to work

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- FLT licence or experience
- CSCS card
- Experience working on customer or construction sites
- Experience using hand tools or basic machinery
- Previous experience within engineering, manufacturing or construction environments
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND INFORMATION
- Full confined space training will be provided
- Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and maintain accurate records
- Complete delivery paperwork and driver logs accurately
- Assist installation teams on site when required
- Use HIAB / lorry loader equipment to safely load and unload materials
- Secure loads correctly using straps, chains and safety equipment
- Deliver materials to customer and construction sites across the UK
- Most deliveries are completed using the HIAB equipment, with limited heavy lifting involved
- Factory and warehouse support duties are only required during quieter driving periods
- Majority of the role involves travelling to customer and construction sites across the UK
- Site work mainly involves assisting with health and safety support, guiding materials into Position and supporting installation teams
- Some overnight stays may occasionally be required, including sleeping in the cab when necessary
