We are currently recruiting for an experienced UK National Sales Manager to join an established and growing manufacturer within the doorset and construction sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with previous experience selling into main contractors and joinery subcontractors who is looking for a long term role with autonomy, flexibility and strong internal support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities and helping continue the company’s growth across the UK.
Essential Requirements
- The ideal candidate will come from a doorset manufacturing background, however candidates with experience selling associated construction or building products into main contractors and joinery subcontractors will also be considered
- Experience dealing with main contractors and construction related customers
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Proven ability to generate and convert opportunities
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Self motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Full driving licence
Key Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities across the UK construction sector
- Building relationships with key customers and construction sector decision makers
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts
- Working closely with internal estimating and operational teams
- Attending customer meetings and supporting project discussions
- Promoting the business professionally within the industry
