We are looking for a Warehouse and Laboratory Technician to support operations involving chemical samples. This role involves preparing and processing samples, supporting warehouse stock management, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
· Pick and prepare chemical samples accurately to client specifications
· Repack and label materials safely, ensuring regulatory compliance
· Support goods-in activities including receiving and storing deliveries
· Conduct stock checks and maintain storage areas to high standards
· Operate laboratory equipment for sample preparation under safety guidelines
· Work with dispatch to prepare and package orders for shipment
· Maintain safe and clean laboratory and warehouse zones
Skills and Experience
· Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Experience in warehouse or laboratory environments desirable
· Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and COSHH/COMAH desirable
